1. Who is responsible

2. Data we process
- Your email address (your space, courses, access links, receipts).
- What you type: subjects, level, goals, notes, questions to the tutor.
- Generated courses and your progress.
- Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
- Technical logs (IP address, date, page) for security and abuse prevention.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service: performance of the contract.
- Follow-up emails after a preview or an interrupted payment: legitimate interest, at most three messages per course, one-click unsubscribe in each.
- Accounting: legal obligation.
- Audience and advertising measurement: only with your consent.
4. Service providers
- Anthropic (USA): course writing and tutor answers (never your email).
- OpenRouter (USA): teaching images (Studio).
- Perplexity (USA): on-demand fact checking (Studio).
- Stripe (Ireland/USA): payments.
- Resend (USA): emails.
- Hostinger International (Cyprus): hosting.
- Google (Analytics, Ads): only if you accept.
5. Retention
- Your space and courses: while you use them; deleted on request within 7 days.
- Follow-up emails: until you unsubscribe.
- Accounting records: 10 years.
- Technical logs: limited period, for security.
- Your cookie choice: 6 months.

Access, rectification, export, deletion, objection: write to contact@studio-cortex.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
